The latest season has had me thinking that they are pushing their agenda to change the dynamics of the show and regenerating the doctor into a female.

In 2011 in the Episode 'The Doctor's Wife' it was clarified that the TARDIS was indeed female and it had been presented to us that she fancied The Doctor since she saw him. Also throughout the Doctor has called The TARDIS Sexy and 'old girl'. We believe that turning the doctor into female would alter the dynamics between the Doctor and The TARDIS.

I myself am not against the idea of having a female Time lord in Doctor Who but Myself and other Whovians believe that there are other ways you can bring in a female time lord without changing the perspective of who the Doctor who has been male for over 1000 years.

I myself am not against the idea of having a female Time lord in Doctor Who but Myself and other Whovians believe that there are other ways you can bring in a female time lord without changing the perspective of who the Doctor who has been male for over 1000 years. Here are some handy examples.

1. Daleks, The Doctor and The Master all survived the Time War so it wouldn't be hard to assume that a female time-lord could too. Infact you could devote a season to the Doctor becoming aware of the presence of another Timelord that somehow survived the Timewar and looks for them? Not Impossible.

1b) Not to mention Gallifrey is now back and is somewhere so there is always a chance that a Female Timelord perhaps goes in search for The Doctor? Or ends up in the same place the Tardis lands, i mean the Tardis always takes him where he needs to be, and won't it be interesting to see if she (TARDIS) gets jealous?

2. The Doctor could find a way to save Donna so she wouldn't have a complete meltdown and she could be a female Timelord

3. Are you forgetting The Doctor's daughter?

4. There has been episodes of Doctor Who showing the use of the Chameleon Arch so is it crazy to think a female Timelord could have used one before the Time war? And is somewhere out there in the universe?

Dont get me wrong I would feel the exact same way if the doctor had been female from the beginning and was said to possibly regenerate into a male
