The current law states that a victim of Domestic Violence, is only notified of the offender's hearing, if requested, and the crime must be a felony.
Petition:
I would like to pass a law, letting any Domestic Violence Victim, to be notified of the offender's Parole Hearing, even if it's a misdemeanor assault.
