The children of England have the right to protection by the adult population of this country. All dogs are a danger to children. Large and small alike. When a child is killed or injured by a dog we cannot fix the damage done. Each time this happens as a society we are all guilty by discern.
BAD THINGS HAPPEN WHEN GOOD PEOPLE STAND BY AND DO NOTHING.
If dog owners were required to pay for a permit for each dog which included computer tag and insurance cover within the control of RSPCA or PDSA or both then it could be possible to protect children in the future from some dog attacks an some dogs from being abused in the ILLEGAL DOG FIGHTING FRATERNITY and treated as real pets as some breeds are By TRUE ANIMAL LOVERS.
All dogs when out in public must be muzzled and on a lead. The creation of SEPARATE DOG WALKING AREAS where leads muzzles and pooper scooping is not required AND CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED.
