Divide North and South Jersey into Separate States

Today I was going to go up to Hoboken NJ for an interview and I got to about the Newark Airport area and realized that it is NOTHING like south jersey whatsoever.

There is so much in difference its like it isn't even the same state, from around that area and north needs to be separated from south jersey. People aren't nearly as nice and they drive horribly, not that there isn't problems of similar nature in south jersey but the fact of the matter is that they are nothing alike.

I saw student driving teachers in the car with a student while talking on a cell phone, what is that really teaching these kids that are trying to learn to drive? Then try to enforce the fact that cell phones aren't allowed to be used while driving. I also saw people that just because they didn't want to sit in traffic they cut over the center median divider from a truck side of the highway to the car/express side of the highway like it wasn't a big deal.
