Sind provincial assembly's by-elections for Tando Muhammad Khan were contested on 26th feb 2012. During the process of election the candidate from government party (PPP) wahida shah was witnessed by the whole country beating and humiliating the presiding officer and assistant presiding officer, which is violation of human rights at its worst. We, the undersigned, appeal to election commission of Pakistan to disqualify wahida shah for abusing the presiding officer and take strict legal action against her according to the law.
