Background (Preamble):
We, the undersigned, are tenants of Villas Delagos and we declare our dissatisfaction and concerns to tenants by your staff / Management.
The main cause for this complaint includes poor service.
There is no professionalism from Management towards the tenants.
Tenants do not have access to property amenities to which we pay for a monthly basis.
Management is not available for tenants’ concerns & complaints during business hours. (Late afternoons the doors are locked while they are inside).
