Background (Preamble):
I am the proud mother of four boys, and a victim of parental alienation. Two of which are special needs. ADD & Gifted and ADHD & Aspergers. One does not have a full diagnosis.
Parental Predators can be disarmed, but only through mental health intervention. Parent's Right vs Child's Rights. Who would you vote for?

Petition:
It is deliberate mental & emotional abuse, for a "parental predator" to program a child to hate their parent. It should be considered a criminal act.
Children deserve the right to mental health Protection, Prevention, & Treatment. Parental Predators need to be recognized and disarmed.
Children deserve to have character education increased within their school curriculum. They need to recognize all predators motives and actions.
