Jack Chapman is an 11 year old wheelchair dependent child from Cardiff after attending gabalfa school for many years he is now in his final year and was due to attend whitchurch high school with many of his friends this September.
BUT the funding for whitchurch high school to make the improvements needed for disabled pupils has been denied.
We the undersigned urge Mr Leighton Andrews to overturn the decision not to grant funding for whitchurch high school to make the improvements needed to make the school accessible for all disabled students.
