Extension of Diamond Valley Lake Launch Ramp

Background (Preamble):
As of October 13, 2008 Diamond Valley Lake ceased launching of private boats due to low water level. MWD has estimated the cost to be 1.5 million dollars to extend the launch ramp.
We understand that they are exploring funding options to extend the ramp. By signing this petition you are showing MWD that the fishing community is willing to pay additional fees which could be used to fund the ramp extension. With the water being down the cost of extending the ramp will be significantly less than their estimate.
Once MWD is able to start refilling the lake, and the ramp has been extended, the sooner we will be able to launch private boats.

We, the undersigned, are agreeing to a reasonable fee increase in launching/parking or for fishing permits at Diamond Valley Lake to help cover the costs for the extension of Diamond Valley Lake launch ramp.
