Building a CVS on these residential properties and the adjoining Dey-Florin Funeral Home property at 2506 Niles Avenue will destroy the quality of life of nearby residents and the St. Joseph community as a whole.
We, the undersigned, urge that the St. Joseph , Michigan Planning Commission deny the request of Jim Koch and Eric Harvey, representing CVS Pharmacy, to build a planned unite development (PUD) at 24 18 Niles, Ave, 2500 Niles Ave., and 711 Myrtle Ave.
Further, we urge the City to deny the requirement that the city take ownership of the 150 foot driveway whose sole purpose is to provide engress for the proposed CVS Pharmacy at this location. The driveway will constitute the 4th leg of a new 4-leg intersection at Niles and Napier.
