Delhi Bus Gang Rapist Should be Torchered and Left to Feel the Pain

A 23- year old girl, also a medical student, was gang raped in the moving bus and beaten for 19 minutes following the rape on 16th December 2012. She was hospitalized right away and right now she is in a critical condition.
Since then she's been in coma for 5 times, and every time she comes out of it she can't stop crying. Doctors say the she is still in a very bad condition and can't tell for sure that she is out of danger or not.
My question to you guys is why do you want these rapist to die easily? If the girl survives she has a really tough life ahead, and our society will not let her live peacefully. What's done is done, we can't change it. However, we can change the life those rapist ( of course in a bad way).
My humble request to our government is to let them live with the following punishment.
1) CUT THEIR GENITALS (ALL 5 OR 6 HOWEVER MANY OF THEM ARE)
2) TATTOO THEIR FOREHEAD SAYING "I'M A RAPIST"
3) CUT THEIR ARMS OFF
4) AND BEAT THEM REGULARLY (NOT TILL DEATH JUST KEEP THEM ALIVE)
5) DON'T PUNISH THEM UNTIL IT IS MEDICALLY PROVEN (WITH THE HONEST OPINION, NO POLITICS INVOLVED) BY DOCTORS.
6) DO NOT PUT THEM IN JAIL.
This one time deal will make, anyone in India, think million times before they do any horrible act like this.
It's time for all of us to wake up and make sure this never happens in future, because if we give them simple death tomorrow someone will rise again and do something even more terrible then this inhumane act.
Remember it could've been your sister, daughter or wife, rather then saying "I feel bad" we should give her the justice she deserves.
