1. A written statement to be submitted to the CAMPAIGN TO “DECLARE A GEORGIA HIV/AIDS STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY” from state of Georgia government officials (senators, governor, congressman, etc.) describing their stance on the HIV/AIDS epidemic among African-Americans here in Georgia, no later than November 1, 2006.

2. For the Governor of the State of Georgia to sign an executive order “Declaring a Georgia HIV/AIDS State of Emergency in the African-American Community."

3. For state of Georgia government officials (senators, governor, congressman, etc.) to attend the Town Hall Meeting (TBA) to join in on our course of action about the current State of Emergency in the African American community. This will allow attendees to take the opportunity to hear from their community and constituents and learn from what they have experienced.
