Support for the Declaration of Independence of Puerto Rico

Nosotros y nosotras, el Pueblo de la República de Puerto Rico declaramos y exigimos nuestro derecho a ser una nación libre, independiente, y soberana.
Urgimos a todas las gentes de todas las naciones alrededor del mundo darle un apoyo incondicional a nuestra causa y lucha, ayudándonos, el Pueblo de la República de Puerto Rico, a culminar nuestro estado político como colonia de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, favoreciendo la obtención de nuestra libertad e independencia.
Nosotros y nosotras, quienes abajo suscribimos, le hacemos un llamado a la Organización de Naciones Unidas atender en su Asamblea General el asunto de resolver el estado político de Puerto Rico, así continuando su esfuerzo de acabar con el colonialismo de una vez y por todas en Latinoamérica y el resto del mundo.
Nosotros y nosotras, quienes abajo suscribimos, además le hacemos un llamado al recién electo presidente de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica para que le otorgue libertad incondicionada a los prisioneros puertorriqueños institucionalizados injustamente en facilidades de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica. Exigimos la libertad de

We, the People of the Republic of Puerto Rico declare and demand our right to be a free, independent and sovereign nation.
We urge to the people of all nations around the globe to give their unconditional support to our cause and struggle in helping us the People of Puerto Rico to end our status as a colony of the United States of America and help us attain our freedom and independence.
We, the undersigned, call on the United Nations to address at the General Assembly the issue of resolving the status of Puerto Rico, and thus ending colonialism once and for all in Latin America and the rest of the world.
We, the undersigned, also call newly elected President of the United States of America, Barack H. Obama, to release our fellow Puerto Rican political prisoners being held in federal correctional institutions in the United States of America. We demand the releases of
