1) Operating a day care facility on a residential stand.
2) The parking area is not adequate
3) The operator enlarged the buildings/enlarged the business and parking area stayed the same.
4) There is no drive thru facility.
5) The entrance to the facility is on a 90° bend
6) Cars dropping off and picking up the kids are making u-turns on this bend and parking across the street. Some day some one will get knocked over as visibility is a problem on this bend
7) The operator of this facility leaves the kids from time to time in the morning and afternoons alone in the hands of a helper to pick up school children at school.
8) Cars are parked in the drive way of a neighbour preventing him access to and from his property.
9) All the people visiting this day care centre are invading the privacy of neighbours.
10) The smell of used disposal nappies that are piling up and only disposed of once a week are also unbearable and are attracting flays.

We, the undersigned neighbours wants this day care facility to close or make changes to this facility to provide a safer environment and give more privacy to the direct neighbours.
