There is no database for animals abusers in Malaysia. Those who abuse animals are allowed to have more which puts the animal/s at risk of being abused. This is unacceptable and MUST be STOPPED. Anyone who abuses any kind of animals should be banned from ever owning another. Ever.
We, the undersigned, call on the SPCA in Malaysia to support a database of all animal abusers in the Country. This database would ensure that those who abuse animals will never be allowed to own one ever again. This is a long-term solution to ending animal cruelty and to reinforce the message that animal cruelty will NOT be tolerated or condoned.
