The Q100 has always had more service than the Q69 at certain times of the day and also runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which the Q69 does not do. The Q69 is also a route that is unreliable and slow and does not come in a timely fashion.

Also the Q100 operates non stop in areas where there is room to improve network coverage and frequency of bus service, especially during late night hours when the Q69 does not run.

The Q100 in Queens Plaza also makes its first pick up stop away from the Q69's first pick up stop in Queens Plaza which inconveniences bus riders seeking 21st Street.

We the undersigned request for new limited bus stops on the Q100 route to be implemented at 21st Street and 22nd Drive (Southbound), 21st Street and 23rd Avenue (Northbound), 21st Street and Hoyt Avenue North, 21st Street and 34th Avenue, and 21st Street and 36th Avenue.

We also request that during late night hours the Q100 make all Q69 local stops along the Q69 route as specified: 21st Street between Queens Plaza North and Ditmars Boulevard (northbound), and along 21st Street between 22nd Drive and 41st Avenue (southbound), and the Q69 stops on Queens Plaza South at 22nd and Crescent Streets (southbound).

We also request that the first pick up of the Q100 bus be changed from Jackson Avenue and 42nd Road to 28th Street and Queens Plaza South at the same location where the Q69's first pick up stop is located.

These stops will improve network coverage during late night hours and provide more frequent, accessible, timely, and reliable service to the 21st Street corridor.
