Background (Preamble):
Connecticut U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman has been out of touch with the people of Connecticut and doesn't deserve to hold on to his seat any longer but he's not up for reelection until 2012. So the solution is simple.
Let's do a recall. The only problem is under Connecticut law there can't be a recount. However what if the law was changed? Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin all have laws that allow recalls. So why not Connecticut?
