When Child protection services removes children it violates children's rights to be protected from harm; because essentially social workers don't do what the CFSCA Act is says they are supposed to, they abuse their power and have way to much of it they can be disrespectful their conduct and are never accountable! The outcome is children are dying in their care, and their rights are being violated in the process!
Further more social workers, are paid they paid to destroy families and remove children, not provide services to keep them to and families have had enough of their rights being trampled on!
We want the government to shut down child protections services, and provide services alternatively, if parents need them, in stead of removing our children!
We want the Ministry for children and families to be made accountable! For example, if social workers erred in their conduct, and child suffered harm, they never are! Our children our removed based on allegations of child protection concerns, they are likely to be in need of protection but what if some just bad mouths you to the social worker why doesn't MCFD investigate, and not just remove them!
That would be the least disruptive measure for the child, emphasis mine, but social workers never do, consider the least disruptive measure! Our children suffer because of their attitude! When our children our removed; For example they get to see us, once a week, for 1 hour per visit! Social workers, don't even have to provide visits and cancel visits, because there is no one to supervise them!
No child deserves that, yet the child is likely to be in need of protection but less disruptive measure is supposed to be about our children's well being, and that includes visits and Christmas! We want the Ministry for children and families to stop removing our children for profit because if they really were protecting them then do so less disruptive.
We demand an apology from the government shame on you, our children aren't for sale We our children back home!
