Shri S.C. Sharma, CMD, NEEPCO has been indicted by CBI of forging the certificates related to BBUNL and M/s CKS Engineers (P) Ltd for security employment in the assignments prior to NEEPCO. Inspite of this charge against him he has been allowed to continue to discharge his duties as CMD of NEEPCO.
Morale in NEEPCO is at an all time low. People are suffering immensely but everyone is afraid to speak out.
He has also appointed one Rupak Kr. Chandra without following any norms, moreover, the incumbent was overaged at the time of appointment.
A person who has been charged by CBI of producing forged documents in getting a job in other PSU should not be allowed to continue as CMD of any PSU.
