Linsell Blvd runs between Narre Warren - Cranbourne Road & Berwick - Cranbourne Roads, in Clyde North & Cranbourne East. The section of road between the Cascades on Clyde Estate and Hunt Club Estate are not joined, causing residents of both estates and surrounding areas additional travel and inconvenience when accessing schools and other amenities in the City of Casey.

Linsell Blvd is the only access for Cascades on Clyde Residents to enter and exit the estate. The recent floods demonstrated the need to have more than one exit, as many residents were trapped in the estate and unable to leave due to the flooded road conditions.

PETITION TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCILLORS OF THE CITY OF CASEY

This petition of certain residents in the Municipality of Casey, including Cranbourne, Cranbourne East & Cranbourne North, draws to the attention of the Mayor and Councillors our request for the completion of Linsell Boulevard as soon as possible for many reasons including:

Access - With the construction of the new Cranbourne East Primary School and Cranbourne East Secondary College, it is difficult for many residents to access these education facilities especially if you live north of Linsell Boulevard.

Public transport – The need for a bus service to run along Linsell Boulevard.

Safety of residents - Due to the recent heavy rains Linsell Boulevard became flooded meaning there was no entry to or from the estate for anyone who did not have a four wheel drive.

The Completion of Linsell Blvd, Cranbourne East petition to Mayor & Councillors, City of Casey was written by Lisa and is in the category Roads & Transport at GoPetition.
