We are wanting to change the November 2010 ACC Guidelines.
This guideline does not allow decorative iron front doors and it also does not allow single glass pane landscape windows.
We, the undersigned, call on the Commonwealth HOA board to listen to the homeowners of Commonwealth and change the 2010 ACC guidelines that will allow the wrought iron decorative doors on single or double doors, steel or wooden doors as well as single glass pane landscape widows without mullions.
