Cleaning Up The Allen County Judicial System

Allen County is long overdue for unfairly charging and convicting citizens of Allen County according to their own set of laws and regulations, and not by the governed laws of the United States of America.

Dating back as far as when an sworn police officer whose duty is to protect and serve shot and killed an unarmed woman back in the 1970's to the present day of 2009 when an officer shot and killed a single mother of 6 children and wounding her infant son. The repercussion for the officer was to return back to work with full benefits. To the trial and re-sentencing of Ricky Manley Jr. a young adult who was harshly sentenced for an alleged crime where there were no victims and no physical evidence, and just the pure speculation of the judicial system where an individual is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.

To the recent domestic dispute involving an officer involving alcohol and a gun, who just happened to be the on of a high ranking police officer who received a slap on the hand. To a woman who was excessively tased during a routine traffic stop and the officer was later allowed to return to work. Not the case, to where young men are being tried and convicted as adults.

We as citizens of Allen County need to be aware that there are constitutional laws that our courts are governed by, and not the laws of Allen County or of anyone who serves in an authoritarian position ranging from judges, lawyers, and police officers.

We can and we will be governed by the constitution of the United States not the laws of the Allen County Judicial System. Where is the JUSTICE!
