Citizens for Siebert

This petition is to support Dr. Charles Siebert to keep him as the medical examiner for the 14th Judicial Circuit.

In the wake of the tragic death of Martin Lee Anderson, Dr. Charles Siebert is being railroaded. His findings that Anderson died due to hemorrhaging caused by sickle cell trait wasn’t the result that the politically correct establishment desired so they turned Dr. Adams who gave them the finding they wanted and the race to convict the boot camp officers, nurse and Dr. Seibert was on.

Now here we are more than a year later. The officers and nurse have been arrested, tried and convicted, by the media, the court of public opinion, and the legislature, and the parents have been paid off. All that’s left is for the “official” trial to take place. The only thing in the way of the actual conviction was Dr. Siebert’s report and to discredit it, they must discredit Dr. Seibert to make the conviction of the boot camp guards and nurse a sure thing. All seemed well for the politically correct POV that young Mr. Anderson was murdered and Dr. Siebert helped cover it up by falsifying the report. Then true experts began weighing in and low and behold – Siebert was right.

The Medical Examiner’s Commission decided not to recommend Dr. Siebert for reappointment, but Steve Meadows appointed him as the interim medical examiner and as long as he’s a medical examiner in the State of Florida, he can fight for his job. It’s our responsibility as citizens of this county and this country to stand together against what is wrong and what is wrong is the public disparagement of Dr. Siebert simply because his was not the desired answer to the question “How did Martin Lee Anderson die?”
