Background (Preamble):
Men are considered dead beat dads, and are not allowed to live above the poverty level by a system that once was welfare. Now reversed where working people can't be subjected to the same standards as a welfare recipient by the same rules that applied for you to get on social services and their requirements now apply to payees of child support. What does a payee work for? There is no incentive. The more you make the more they take.
Men are being railroaded, abused, taken advantage of and left in dire straits.

We, the undersigned, support reform to child support laws to stop unfair practices against men and to end the current unjust system.
