Whereas you the Internet Service Providers are corporate citizens with a moral responsibility to provide a service that does not bring risks into our homes and communities; and whereas technology exists to block illegal child sexual abuse images websites, therefore

==We petition you as a Service Provider to fully cooperate with law enforcement and to develop and implement technology to prevent access to specific illegal websites that are known to contain child rape and abuse images and pedophile newsgroups, as British Telecom has done.

==We petition you as a responsible corporate citizen to apply the same actions as required by professionals, such as teachers or social workers, to report abuse or suspected abuse of children and other criminal activity.

==We petition you as an ISP to develop a specialized child and family safe Internet service.

We, the undersigned, would consider the purchase of Internet services from a provider committed to being a leader in addressing child exploitation, working proactively with law enforcement and government and providing child and family safe Internet services.
