The RSPCA keeps on saying they need more powers to be given to them by the government to enforce rules against cruelty to animals as their hands are TIED.
Reform the rules about how and what they can do under the present animal cruelty legislation.
We the undersigned request that the RSPCA be given more powers by the Australian Government to enable them to enforce the rules governing the cruelty to animals legislation.
Make the codes of practice for animals LAW, not just a code that should be adhered to.
