The Incest law in Canada states that proof of intercourse is required to apply the incest label. If a biological parent is found guilty of sexual assault this does not mean the incest label applies. We feel this is discriminatory.
If a biological mother sexually assaults her daughter how is intercourse proven? If a parent, grandparent brother, sister is found guilty of sexual assault, the incest label should apply. See Criminal Code of Canada, Section 155.
We, the undersigned, call on the Canadian Justice system, to apply the Incest label to any biological sexual crimes.
