Police are always illegally parking, running red light unnessasarally,making U turns etc. I work for a transportation company blew my horn at a connecting vehicle wher to police cars were double parked cuasing me to merge into the half left lane. They thought I was blowing at them cited me and this infraction cost me $200.00.
They are able to issue tickets without substantial investigations nessacsary. On April 08,2007 I parked my vehicle on a side street got a ticket for parking 30' from control signal. No sign posted no proper measuring device used or as they stated not nessasary. How are we to dispute this.
The police get away with to much and a review board should be assigned to monitor all their action
To limit the authority of police that violate laws, citzen are punished for. To ensure proper signs and warning of violations be visable at all times before issuing citaions or tickets. Proper clearences of restricted areas must be displayed in plain view so as to note measurements.
