Change minor hockey boundaries for Discovery Ridge

Hockey Calgary has designated Discovery Ridge to be part of the Springbank Minor Hockey Association. Every three years, the boundaries are reviewed. Springbank is the largest association in the league and there may be an opportunity to have a community reassigned to another association during the next review in 2011.

While Springbank is a wonderful association and we have enjoyed many years of fun-filled hockey as part of that association, being part of an association within the city limits, would require significantly less driving time and result in less risk associated with driving long distances on dark, often icy, country roads. It's about safety and proximity of sport.
