I am forming this petition because the businesses in Indiana do not practice ethical or moral values when it comes to handling business.
I recently got fired from a company I help establish because I wouldn't kiss up to the CEO. It was also on the spur of the moment. I never got written up for anything nor had any verbal warnings. Plus, defamation of character and perjury is also a factor on my termination.

We, the undersigned, would like to have "At-Will" employment changed for the state of Indiana.
We would like to work in a fair and just environment.
Being told to leave without any cause is not a healthy way to continue our economy.
