Petition Background (Preamble):
Regardless of which side of the cannabis issue you stand, citizens should not be prosecuted simply because Harry J. Anslinger lied!
Harry J. Anslinger's actions to prohibit and criminalize cannabis are criminal as defined under Federal Law. This prohibition would not exist if Mr. Anslinger would have simply told the TRUTH!

Petition:
We the citizens request a criminal investigation into Harry J. Anslinger actions as head of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics for the prohibition and criminalization of cannabis. This investigation is justified as the means Mr. Anslinger used to prohibit and criminalize cannabis violated multiple federal laws and constitutional provisions.
Mr. Anslinger deliberately and knowingly conducted a false, fictitious, disinformation campaign in order to prohibit and criminalize cannabis.
The evidence will prove that Mr. Anslinger knowingly and willingly submitted fraudulent, fictitious, testimony to the congress Ways and Means committee. As a result of Mr. Anslinger tricks and schemes, the Ways and Means committee was tricked into believing Mr. Anslinger’s perjured testimony!
Mr. Anslinger also used media outlets to spread his fraudulent disinformation in order to scare the public and congress into believing that cannabis use leads to violence, murder, and insanity. This fictitious scheme can be seen through movies and newspaper articles such as, Reefer Madness, Assassin of youth, The devils Weed as well as a number of other newspaper and magazine articles.
The evidence will prove that Mr. Anslinger actions were criminal and felonious as defined under Federal law:
Title 18 u.s.c section 1001
Title 18 u.s.c section 1621
Title 18 u.s.c section 242
The evidence will further prove that Mr. Anslinger actions constitute Malfeasance in office and that he abused his authority under color of law! His actions violate citizen’s constitutional rights as defined under the 8th and 14th amendments of the United States constitution .The prohibition and criminalization of cannabis must be “struck down” and “repealed” because the prohibition and criminalization of cannabis exists simply because of lies and fraud.
The prohibition and criminalization is cruel and unusual because countless citizens are being punished and prosecuted because of lies, deceit and fraud! The continued prosecution of citizens, as it relates to cannabis, renders the federal, state, and local governments liable as defined under federal law Title 42 u.s.c section 1983. Furthermore we request that the enforcement of state and federal laws that prohibit and criminalize cannabis be held in abeyance. We further request the courts hold in abeyance current cannabis related cases until it is resolved by Congress or The Supreme Court.
Citizens should not be punished because Harry J. Anslinger lied!
