The current board of trustees can no longer be trusted. We the current members of camperworld should never have to pay for the trustees' so called mistakes.
So as per our contracts Beneficial members have the right to vote out the current board of trustees, To install a new Board Of Trustees.
Lets vote them out. Lets get our parks open. Lets have a great summer.
We, the Beneficial Interest members hereby assign, attest and vote in rejection of the fourth Trust we have not received. Service of this document is improper as we are scarcely told that it exists. Adjustments in trusts must come through us. No secret meetings are allowed.
We, the undersigned, vote to terminate the Camperworld trustee as well. The Beneficial interest member owners hereby call a meeting of Camperworld contract holders. You are invited to attend, vote, and to conduct the following business:
1) Terminate the trustee, rename the trust , reject the bylaws #4
2) Nominate and elect board members who will do tasks of office manager, member services, maintenance, overseer, and finances for wages determined by voters
3) Choose park managers and terms of employment
4) Accept volunteers and vote on member suggestions
5) Limit wages payable and cancel salaries of board members
6) Mandate that dues be used for park maintenance (not salaries) so that our parks remain open as stated in our contracts.
7) Marketing group to bring in sales.
