Hume city council at which we pay our yearly council to provide no effective services other than organising the pick up of rubbish and recycling and green waste and 2 only drops to the refuse dump we as an area that seems to be forgotten that is until rate are calculated we get no other services we not able to get out of our drive ways during peck hour yet deems it ok to put up our council rates by a hefty 30% we as group, a town ship, a community would like these charges to reflect cpi and not the whims a of council that barely knows where bulla is most times we have to tell council member its bulla behind airport and not the ski resort we are a community not a resort !!
We the undersigned do request a revision of the council rates and charges that have progressively gone up but are not reflecting cost of living rises or our valuation of our properties which either stagnate have decreased in value yet Hume City chooses to increase our far in excess these factors that rule our lives.
