Background (Preamble):
I have got together with a group of people, from facebook, wishing to express the idea of a national service program in some kind of form. Whether it be Community based program, military or both.
It would be aimed at people who leave school, and do not take up further education, or do not seek gainful employment.
There is also a link on above, on this petition page. Which will take you to the groups facebook page. All input would be greatly appreciated, on the discussion boards.
