Background (Preamble):
GMU is a diverse campus filled with students from all over the world. In the past, students would gather around various locations on campus to view the UEFA Champions League games on ESPN.
This season however, Fox Soccer Channel has acquired the rights to the Champions League, however George Mason is still yet to receive this channel on campus.
It's time GMU will use our tuition money to give back a bit more to the students by providing Fox Soccer Channel on campus (in the Johnson Center and in the dorms and student apartments).

We, the undersigned, call on GMU to make Fox Soccer Channel available to be watched in the Johnson Center and in the dormitories/student apartments.
