On July 20th, ICE arrested Robert Allen Clark at our home in Ivoryton. They had a warrant for his arrest, having to do with the felonies that Robert was convicted of and served time for in approx. 1989.He was released, had a job and lived a clean and sober life. He renewed his green card approx 4 years ago. It took a couple of years to get it back, but Robert holds a valid green card to be in this country.
He's lived in Ivoryton on and off since the early 1960's. This is the only home he's ever really had. Please sign this petition to Keep Robert in the U.S. and not deport to Canada.
We, the undersigned, ask the court to recognize these signatures asking to court to reconsider the deportation of Robert Allen Clark.
He's needed here in Ivoryton to care for his family and friends and mostly his 49 year old common law wife of 26 years who has serious medical issues, and Robert is her only family.
