Petition Background (Preamble):
I moved to Malta with my British husband in 2009. Our marriage broke down and was extremely hostile. I made several reports to Maltese police and authorities regarding Domestic Violence however no action was taken by the police in Malta. My daughter is English my husband is English and her half brother is English. However he was allowed to apply for my daughter to be kept in Malta ex-parte without my knowledge or consent he further more went on to obtain Intrim Custody by issuing all court documents in Maltese knowing i could not speak or read the language.
Petition:
I ask people to sign my petition in order for my daughter to be returned to the country she was born in. I have not been allowed any contact with my daughter since the 24/7/11 i have not seen her.
