Target:
Atlanta City Council/Mayor of Atlanta/General Manager of Hartsfield/Jackson Airport
Region:
United States of America

Excited about our arrival to our great city of Atlanta, rising on the arrival escalators, we were greeted by our 'Little Princess' with arms wide open, "Welcome to Atlanta" There is no major international airport in the America with such a beautiful and bold mural of a little Black girl to welcome us home. It is so sad that part of our 1996 Centennial Olympic Heritage has been desecrated and replaced by crass, insensitive commercialism, ie. "Buy a Porsche sign"

The 1996 Centennial Olympic games transformed Atlanta from a sleepy southern city into a dynamic international destination for hip educated professionals and business.

Let's preserve the "Symbol of Our Progress" that we have all worked to create in our beloved city.

Bring Back Our 'Little Princess'!

Please sign the "Restore Hartsfield/Jackson Airport Centennial Olympic Mural" petition.

We, the people, demand the 'exact restoration' of the Hartsfield/Jackson Airport Centennial Olympic Mural in its 'exact previous location' above the arrival escalators. Bring Back Our 'Little Princess'!
