Encore is an American premium cable and satellite television channel that is owned by Starz, LLC. Its programming features mainly older and recent theatrically released feature films, although some of its multiplex channels also carry acquired television series.
The headquarters of Encore and its sister channels Starz and MoviePlex are located at the Meridian International Business Center complex in Meridian, Colorado.
I hear the news that encore love and drama will be change to encore classic and black. encore classic and black will air movies and old shows, such as magnum, p.i., night court and what's happened!
Here's my reasons, first of all, I don't see people pay money to watch old shows on a movie channel. If I want to watch old shows, I would watch tv land.
Second, we don't want another black movie channel, I know starz want to target African-americans, but starz had starz inblack., I don't like the new encore logo and finally encore classic is clone of encore. I think encore drama and love need to stay on the air, because it's for people who are fans of drama and love stories. And bring back the old encore logo and look. The new one is cheesy. It's tried to minic cinemax. bring back the encore look made by pmcd.
