Petition Background (Preamble):

Four Australian Girls have been forcibly taken from their mother in the night and dragged kicking and screaming onto two separate aeroplanes bound for Italy.

Their individual rights, desires, emotional, psychological and psychical safety have been ignored.

Petition:

WE the undersigned call on the Australian Federal Government to:

1. Provide full consular, legal and financial assistance to the 4 girls in order for them to be fully represented in an Italian Court regarding residence and custody issues and;

2. To do all things possible to have these Australian Children returned to Australia as soon as possible.

3. We Call for a royal commission to investigate fully the Family Law legislation and the Child Protection Service agency legislation that led to subsequent removal of these children from Australia.
