I received a £50 fine from Parking Eye Car Park Management as my wife and I returned to their car park 34 minutes late after my wife had a hypoglycaemic attack (diabetic low sugar), which caused us to return late. No appeal worked.
We, the undersigned will boycott private car parks and the shops located at Blackwood Retail Park, due to their unsympathetic and greedy pursuit of a diabetic woman who was taken ill.
