This petition is a result of multiple concerns of an upcoming issue. The legal harvest of game fish, (catfish) with a bow.
Innumerable forums and private discussion have resulted in the need for an organized petition against such an action. Sportsmen have spoken overwhelmingly against this proposal.
An action of this sort will certainly lead to the loss of natural resource as well as open the door for further negative repercussions regarding game fish species.
