Bloody Murder was a straight to video horror film that was made in 2000. It did do pretty good in sales and in 2003 a sequel was made. Which was tons better and did better in sales. Though the question is, why hasn't there been a third? Even though it was in progress the company was bought out and Lions gate now owns the film.
There are possibilities that a third will be made. But it hasn't. A spin-off was made, named "The Graveyard". Thus giving us more hope that there will be a third.
