We the undersigned support the Biden-Lugar Bill (S. 3263), for non-military aid to Pakistan by USA.

Pakistan's deteriorating Economic growth needs emergency intervention to sustain it and its continued support against the war on al-qaida terrorists, in which Pakistan is the front line state for the last 30 years.
