Bicycling is a way of life in Denver. Under the Hickenlooper administration our City saw many improvements to the bicycling infrastructure and subsequently an increase in ridership.
In order to elevate Denver to become the bicycle friendly community it deserves to be, bicyclists need to speak up and encourage our next Mayor to make bicycling a priority. Specifically, the new administration should adopt Mayor Hickenlooper's goal of having 10% of the trips made in Denver made by Bicycle by 2018.
When our next Mayor is elected, BikeDenver will bring this petition to our first meeting with the new administration. We hope you will join us and make our message even louder. Thank you for joining us in our commitment to making Denver a world-class bicycling city.
