Changes have been made to our health plan to the betterment of the employees.
January 2014 - Harris Corporation put all their employees on Cigna Insurance. This was the first time ever that we've never been given a choice between at least two insurance companies.
This insurance is sub standard to say the least and now the largest provider in the county for Hospitals and Physicians has decided that they will no longer accept Cigna Insurance. This will make our costs go even higher and force us to change all of our doctors - many whom are specialists and there aren't any out of network specialists for that area of medicine.
If you want Harris to go back to a real insurance plan - Health First or United Healthcare - please sign this petition.
I request that Harris Corporation reconsider the insurance plan that they are offering their employees and change us to one that will best suit our needs.
