Petition:
We, the Berkeley community, believe that Berkeley Iceland is an asset to our community on many levels. It fosters the development of ice sports in the area, hosts the activities of hundreds of youth programs and student groups, and provides recreation for families and individuals of all ages. It is also a historical landmark that has been part of Berkeley for over 60 years.
Therefore, we the Berkeley community expect the city government to take all measures necessary to keep Berkeley Iceland open in Berkeley.
