It has been shown that a user can quite easily cheat or trick Futuremark software into giving fake or false results.
The faked results are also quite easily posted to Futuremark's Online Results Browser (ORB).
All popular Futuremark bench tests - including 3DMark03, 3DMark05 & 3DMark06 are affected.
We are asking Futuremark Corporation to take any and all action necessary to protect the legitimacy of the results achieved via 3DMark03, 3DMark05 & 3DMark06.
Both individual & Online results should be protected and is very resonable to achieve given current technology. This request is for the benefit of both Futuremark Corporation, and all the people worldwide who regularly use their software.
