Bear Creek Firemen Access to Utilize exercise facilities

It has come to our attention that the Bear Creek Master Association Board has discontinued useage of the exercise facilities for the Bear Creek Fire Station Firemen. The reason we were provided was the potential for liability to the residents of Bear creek.

We petition the Bear Creek Master association to reconsider the ruling and allow the firemen to utilize our facilities by signing a release form to hold harmless The Bera Creek master association from any and all liability that may occur at our facilities.
