BDB Industries, LLC is a bold new consultation company. Our goal is to provide viable “Outside-the-Box” prolutions (progressive solutions) on a very large, global scale. Our current mission is to systematically transform and improve the productivity and efficiency of all individuals, businesses, organizations, facilities, and educational institutions by introducing and implementing a distinctly unique workflow approach. We believe our products and services will positively impact our world and create a wave of significant transformational growth for our 21st century society and for all generations to follow.

I acknowledge by signing my name to this petition, I am identifying myself as a “Registered Consultant” of BDB Industries, LLC (See www.bdbindustries.com).
However, BDB Industries, LLC accepts absolutely NO liability or responsibility for me, my actions, or my individual or business taxes (Federal, State, etc.). For the purposes of consultation, my “Registered Consultant Number” will correspond to the number designated on this petition in chronological order. To help BDB Industries, LLC establish its “loose knit” consultation structure, I will provide accurate contact information on this petition and update it as necessary. I promise to sign this petition only once.
Further, I will adhere to a standard set of good business ethics, guidelines, practices, and protocols when performing any consultation on behalf of or in coordination with BDB Industries, LLC.
I will assume independent responsibility for my consultation and its corresponding results. I will separately negotiate my individual "Consultant Fee" with each targeted customer (business, organization, or facility). I will consider structuring my individual “Consultant Fee” using a multi-phase, results-driven approach. I agree that my separate individual "Consultant Fee" WILL NOT exceed the separate Consultant Fee specified by BDB Industries, LLC as shown at the Online Store (see www.bdbindustries.com).
I will inform the targeted customer that their participation REQUIRES them to additionally pay the separate BDB Industries, LLC consultant fee for Phase 1, Stages 1 & 2 "implementation" as shown at the Online Store (see www.bdbindustries.com).
Further, I understand that I will do the necessary preparation and presentation work for the concluding "Phase 1, Stage 3 - Enterprise Implementation Program" for all my targeted customers and will receive whatever separate consultant fee was negotiated. However, BDB Industries, LLC will exclusively handle all the necessary FINAL implementation arrangements with various City/State/Federal entities. As such, BDB Industries, LLC will be the sole recipient or coordinator of financing for this final "implementation" stage.
All my travel-related expenses are to be negotiated by me with each targeted customer and will be billed and handled separately by me (excludes any BDB Industries, LLC involvement).
I pledge to independently donate 10% of whatever I earn as a “Registered Consultant” of BDB Industries, LLC to a worthy charity or non-profit organization.
I attest as a Registered Consultant of BDB Industries, LLC, I will respect the proprietary and intellectual property rights of all current and future products and services offered by BDB Industries, LLC.
